RECITALS, AUDITIONS, and COMPETITIONS:

OCTOBER/ NOVEMBER:

Bach Marathon Concert:

  • What: perform a Bach piano piece from memory, recital format

  • When: 1st Sunday afternoon in November

  • Where: Deerfield Academy, Hess Center for the Arts

  • Who: students in 3rd year of piano and beyond

Halloween Piano Party:

  • What: informal studio class for students in the first 3 years of piano

  • When: Saturday or Sunday near Halloween in late October / early November

  • Where: Glover Piano Studio

  • Who: students ages 5 - 11 in their first 3 years of piano study

    DECEMBER / JANUARY:

Young Artist’s Piano Competition:

  • What: perform two contrasting pieces from memory, audition format

  • When: last Saturday in April

  • Where: Westfield State University

  • Who: any age and level, ages 5 - 18
